- This is applicable only to valid requests for ID recommendations that are submitted for the first time only. Direct enquiries to preferred interior firms or meeting firms through the Qanvast Hangout will not be applicable.
- The homeowner must have a unit in the applicable list of BTO estates above. Our Qanvast Guides reserve the right to ask for a floor plan for proof of verification where applicable.
- There should not be more than one request for ID recommendations from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).
- The homeowner must have a renovation budget of at least SGD20,000 and have met with at least one firm during the follow-up verification call.
- All conditions listed above must be fulfilled before the payout will be made. The payment will be made four weeks after our verification, via PayNow.
- This promotion is not stackable and not valid with ongoing promotions. Qanvast has the right to reject a request, if it is deemed fraudulent or has flouted the terms and conditions listed here.
- This promotion is valid for a limited time only.
