Each homeowner is eligible for one (1) incentive redemption within a 12-month period, regardless of the number of Qanvast Hangout events attended. To qualify for the incentive, homeowners must: - Submit an RSVP and secure a confirmed event slot prior to the event. - Be a first-time attendee of a Qanvast Hangout event. - Meet the required number of meetings and each consultation should last a minimum of 30 minutes. - Complete the post-event feedback survey.
The homeowner’s property key collection date must be within nine (9) months from the date of the Qanvast Hangout event.
Homeowners may be required to present one of the following documents for verification:Option to Purchase (OTP); HDB Key Collection Notification; or any official document indicating the Estimated or Probable Completion Date.
Homeowner must not have met, contacted, or engaged any of the participating ID firms within the last 12 months
Incentives must be collected within the stipulated collection period communicated by Qanvast. Unclaimed incentives after the stated deadline will be forfeited without replacement or compensation. Homeowners are responsible for arranging their own collection of the item.
To receive additional $10 Grab Voucher for visiting a participating brand booth, the following criteria must be met: - Applicable only if the homeowner has already met 6 IDs. - Visit at least 1 participating brand booth at the event. Feng Shui reading and SNS Laminates play area are not eligible. No additional incentive will be given for meeting more than 1 brand booth.
Qanvast reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants before approving any incentive redemption.
Qanvast reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, substitute incentives of equivalent value where necessary, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, Qanvast’s decision shall be final and binding.
By participating in Qanvast Hangout and redeeming an incentive, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
