A: If you have plans to renovate in the upcoming months, you can move your meetings online during the Circuit Breaker period - consult with interior designers via a video call, from the comfort of your own home! To ensure these virtual meetings are conducive, we have guided designers on how they can discuss floor plans and ideas efficiently using online tools. 

Q: What would be the best time to start meeting interior designers?

A: The ideal time frame would be around 6 months before your key collection if you have applied for a BTO. For resale units, do ensure you have already signed the Option-to-Purchase agreement.

Q: What should I expect after submitting the form on Qanvast?

A: Our Qanvast Guide personnel will contact you in one working day to learn more about your renovation requirements, before shortlisting and emailing over the recommended interior firms. 

Q: Where can I view the portfolios of the recommended firms?

Terms & Conditions

1. Only valid when the Referred Friend submits a valid request for ID recommendations, not valid for direct enquiries to their preferred firms or through the Qanvast Hangout. The Referrer must have either submitted a valid request for ID recommendations, made a valid direct enquiry with an interior firm on Qanvast, OR attended the Qanvast Hangout.
   
   
2. This is valid only if the Referred Friend submits a first-time request for ID recommendations.
   
   
3. The Referred Friend and the Referrer must not be the same person or from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated). The Referred Friend must have a different phone number and renovation address from the Referrer. There should also not be more than one Referrer from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).
   
   
4. The Referred Friend must have met with at least three interior firms and have a minimum renovation budget of SGD30,000.
   
   
5. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and within Singapore only. The referral link should not be shared with people you do not know, advertised, or distributed via automated systems or bots.
   
   
6.  All conditions listed above must be fulfilled before both parties shall receive the referral payout. The payment will be made 4 weeks after our verification. 
   
   
7. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make as long as the referrals are verified to be valid (see Terms and Conditions). Qanvast has the right to reject a referral, if it is deemed fraudulent, or has flouted the terms and conditions listed here.
   
   
8. The Referrer must complete 3 successful referrals before they are eligible for an additional SGD200 payout. Referrals must be tied to the same mobile number and cannot be combined. This promotion is valid from referrals made from 7 February 2024.
   
   
9. This Refer-A-Friend promotion is valid for a limited time only.
   
   
10. Qanvast reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notification, and the right of final decision.

How it works:

The referrer's contact details will only be used to conduct the follow-up call and not for any other marketing purposes.
Ensure that you key in a PayNow-registered phone number as the reward will be credited accordingly.
